TeamSpeak Sponsoring Newcomer1989 deen

"You may not create channels or virtual servers for the purpose of "sharing" your license with another organization. Utilizing your NPL to act as an "intermediary TeamSpeak server provider" to other organizations is strictly prohibited."

--------------------------------------------------English Version--------------------------------------------------

In recent days there have been rumors abounded about the terms and conditions of the TeamSpeak Systems GmbH. For a short time there were also conducted changes on the Knowledgebase, which were already withdrawn.

Quick and painless. Fact is, that there will be changed in the near future to the terms and conditions of the NPL. To this there are also news on the official TeamSpeak Website.

Rumors mean, that after the changes it isn't allowed to sponsor TeamSpeak Server or Channels to "foreign" Clans/Guilds/Communities. Therefore likely to be an NPL operated only for their own purposes.

Many other hosting have already ceased operations as a precaution. There are also refer to multiple requests to the licensor. For an answer to a result it is now already banned server sponsor. This statement contradicts itself, but with the current applicable EULA. As we consider the whole very spongy we link you to the post on sponsorship Board.de and you can you form your own opinion.

However, we could already detect valid changes. She applied for a new NPL through competent side...

.. then there totally different license terms are called. This can only apply to the new NPL owner will not apply to older! If you want to pursue them all, it must be officially informed (e.g. by mail to all previous owners NPL)!

4th to point NON-PROFIT LICENSE (NPL) paragraph e, it says:

"You may not create channels or virtual servers for the purpose of" sharing "your license with another organization. Utilizing your NPL to act as to" intermediary TeamSpeak server provider "to other organizations is strictly prohibited."

Then it is for newly registered owner NPL definitely forbidden channel or server to share with others, so not even sponsored!

We would like to clarify that TS-N is not all of the affected / will be! We are a Licensed hosting provider who is not under an argiert NPL. Our offer will remain free in the future, as you are already used to this!
